How do I order? Use the search bar or the category menu to find a device, choose any options such as colour, add it to your cart and check out.

Can I order more than one device? Yes. Add everything you need to your cart and pay once.

Payment

How do I pay? Pay with M-Pesa at checkout. You will receive a prompt on your phone to confirm the payment.

Will I get a confirmation? Yes, you get an order confirmation once your payment goes through.

Delivery

Where do you deliver? We are based in Embakasi and deliver across Nairobi. Delivery options and fees for your location are shown at checkout.

Choosing a device

How do I compare devices? Every product card shows key specs and stock, and each product page lists the full specs first. Check storage, RAM, battery and screen size against how you will use the device.

What is a refurbished laptop? A previously used laptop that has been checked and prepared for resale. It gives you business-grade specs at a lower price. Condition and specs are listed on each product.

Does a phone come with a charger? Some phones ship without a charger in the box. Check the product description, and add a compatible charger from our accessories if needed.

Is there a warranty? Terms vary by device. Ask us about a specific product before you buy.
